Our Value Chain

We produce sustainable jewelry products from raw and recyclable materials, which are manufactured, shipped to distributors, contractors, retail outlets, and other customers. The diagram below depicts the value chain for our jewelry products and details the alignment to our Green Targets.

Raw Materials

Raw or recycled materials are sourced for the creation of products (e.g. eco brass, recyclable silver, etc.).

Design

Working with artists and designers to create the right products.

Manufacturing

Working with responsible factories and supply chains to deliver products.

Packaging

Reusable and disposable materials are sourced for the creation of packaging.

Shipping

We sell to distribution partners, distributors, retail outlets and other customers throughout the world.

End of Life

Building owners dispose of products. We encourage building owners to recycle metal with us.

As sustainability pioneers, we carefully select materials that are safe, long-lasting, and that do no harm to humans and the environment. We believe in material transparency and Third-Party Inspection.

Recyclable Metals

Sterling Silver

Known for its strength and beauty, sterling silver consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper – durable, yet fine enough to create pretty delicates for your everyday wear.

Brass

Being 100% recyclable, brass is one of the most used material in the fashion jewelry industry with well-developed techniqics and methods.

Gold

Our raw gold in stock is certified 100% recyclable. With a beautiful, soft yellow hue, gold is durable and more resistant to scratches.

Quality Plating

Gold Plating

Gold plating is the easiest way to achieve smooth yellow hue in limited budget. We’ve been using well-developed techqics to generate quality products for all our customers.

Gold Vermeil

Gold vermeil means at least 2.5 microns thick onto brass or 925 sterling silver. That’s 5x thicker than average gold plating and more durable. All our gold is 100% recyclable, reducing emissions without sacrificing quality.

Rhodium Plating

Rhodium plating generates a shining silverish layer to protect the base jewelry, making the pieces highly resistant to daily harm including water, sweat, scratch, and more.

Stone

Precious and Semi-Precious Stones

Tulipiece works with only supply chain of certified ethetically-sourced gemstones and semi-gemstones. The stones are mined or grown with love to be presented on each jewelry piece.

Cubic Zirconia Stones

Perfect substitute to diamond with its clearity and transparacy. All the cubic zirconia stones on our products are carefully and responsibily lab-grown to reduce carbon footprint.

Mother of Pearl

All the mother of pearl are cultured and harvest carefully by Tulipiece experts, with its luminescent quality and the wide range of colors, including white, silver, cream, pink, and gold.
